According to the Aiken County Coroner’s Office, authorities in Aiken are looking into a case involving a young couple who were discovered dead in a vehicle on Friday night.
Around 11:20 p.m. on Friday, police were called to a residence in Windsor’s 600 block of Tranquility Place after a couple of teenagers were found unconscious in their car.
When EMS came, they discovered that Daquan Cuthbertson, 24, and Destiny Dunbar, 20, had both passed away.
Cuthbertson and Dunbar were dating at the time of their deaths, according to the investigation so far. They were discovered in a car that belonged to Cuthbertson.
In Newberry, an autopsy will be performed on both individuals to ascertain the cause of death.
The Aiken County Coroner’s Office and the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office are both looking into this event.
