Early on Saturday morning in northeastern Minnesota, a single-vehicle accident claimed the lives of Kaden Tuura and Aubrey Tuura from Holyoke, Wisconsin.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the collision occurred at roughly 1:15 a.m. close to 4860 Highway 23 in rural Carlton County, Wisconsin, near the Minnesota-Michigan boundary.
According to the patrol, Kaden J. Tuura, 19, was operating a Volvo station wagon south on Highway 23 when he lost control of it while negotiating an ice bend and crashed into a ditch.
Both Tuura and the other driver, 14-year-old Aubrey S. Tuura, were pronounced dead at the site. The State Patrol reported that neither person was using a seatbelt.
The social media posts show that Kaden and Aubrey were siblings. To “assist the family with the inconceivable expense of a funeral and time away from work to deal with the devastating loss,” a GoFundMe online fundraiser has been put up.
