A man slain in a drive-by shooting outside a bank in Central on Friday, October 28 has been identified by authorities.Before 8 o’clock in the evening, according to a spokeswoman for the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, it occurred outside the Chase bank on Sullivan Road close to Greenwell Springs RoadDeltrick Parker, 40, was the victim, the spokeswoman said.
