His preferred cruise line was Royal Caribbean, where he successfully attained their pinnacle rank. Mark spent more than 150 days on a ship the previous year and thoroughly enjoyed himself.

His love of travel was undeniable, and it contributed to the countless close friends he made, particularly within the American Airlines family.

In addition to his brother and sisters, Mark is also survived by his aunt Joan Fasold and uncle Dick Tabeling. Mark was a wonderful little brother and Sam (Mary Lee) Tabeling’s frequent traveling companion.

He was also a loving big brother to Susan (Bob) Reese, Carol (Ken) Scheffel, and Sally (Jeff) Feldmann. For his nieces and nephews, Amy, Emily, Robbie, Kent, Austin, Lauren, and Whitney, Mark was a dedicated uncle and grand uncle.
