Jacob Rees-Mogg is well-known for his already huge family, but the joy of six may not be enough for him.
The devout Catholic Commons Leader stated today that he’d want to continue his ruminations into the seventh heaven – but his wife isn’t interested.
The 52-year-old made the remark today while being questioned about the UK’s low birthrate and what to do about it at a Conservative Party Conference event.
Meet all 6 children of Jacob Rees-Mogg
He and his wife have six children, Sixtus, Peter, Mary, Thomas, Anselm and Alfred.
Jacob stated that he is eager for more, even as he enters his fifth decade.
Concerning the UK’s birth rate, he stated that he and the Prime Minister, both of whom have at least six children, “are leading by example in this area.”
‘I would be jolly glad to lead by further example, but I fear Mrs Rees-Mogg is not so keen,’ he joked.
