The victim of a fatal car accident in Hillsborough County on Thursday night has been named as Michael B. Shattuck, a resident of Manchester, New Hampshire.
On Thursday night in Manchester, a two-vehicle collision claimed the life of Mike Shattuck, 32.
An Acura TL driven by a 35-year-old Derry woman was reported to have collided head-on with a BMW X7 driven by a 64-year-old Manchester woman on Thursday around 5 p.m. on Interstate 293 near Granite Street.
The female Acura driver, who got stuck inside the car, was taken in critical condition to a nearby hospital.
The female BMW X7 driver was taken with slight wounds to a local hospital.
A passenger in the Acura named Shattuck was declared deceased from blunt force trauma injuries.
The accident’s reason is still being looked into.
