Her parents are legendary Jamaican singers Bob Marley and Rita Marley. Her father, Bob Marley, has 12 children. Makeda Jahnesta, Damian Marley, Ky-Mani Marley, Julian Marley, Karen Marley, Rohan Marley, Robbie Marley, Stephen Marley, Ziggy Marley, Cedella Marley, and Sharon Marley are her siblings. Stephanie is Rita’s unmarried daughter. Bob adopted her as his own and gave her his surname. Her maternal grandparents are Leroy Anderson and Cynthia “Beda” Jarrett, and her paternal grandparents are Norval Sinclair Marley and Cedella Booker.

Stephanie Marley is the daughter of Bob and Rita Marley. Her parents married in Kingston, Jamaica on February 10, 1966. Alpharita Constantia Marley was born on July 25, 1946, to Leroy Anderson and Cynthia “Beda” Jarrett. She is a Jamaican singer of Cuban origin who was a member of the vocal group the I Threes, along with Marcia Griffiths and Judy Mowatt, who rose to prominence as backing vocalists for Bob Marley and the Wailers.

Stephanie’s mother had three children from previous relationships, as well as three children with Bob. Bob adopted two of Rita’s previous relationships’ children. Bob also had children from previous relationships.
